Community Assets This feature allows you to locate agencies and resources related to heart. Search results are displayed in the form of a printer-friendly map or a directory list.
Interactive Maps: Create a visual representation of heart disease data by incorporating demographic and geographic data into a printer-friendly map. Pre-formatted maps containing frequently used statistics are included in this section as well.
Charts/Graphs: Produce charts and graphs using available data pertaining to heart disease.
Academic/Community Partners: to identify academic and community partners that are involved in heart disease research, treatment, and prevention.
